Alpha wants to know if you have overslept? Aaron Marino of alpha m. goes over tips to mitigate this slumber situation.
1. Set multiple alarms – Alpha displays his series of alarms since he’s a snoozer.
2. Set your phone out-of-reach if it’s the alarm (out of arm’s reach)
3. Test your alarm before falling asleep
4. Get an alarm clock – the obnoxious wind-up alarm clock with bells is the trick! Set it up across the room to boot.
5. Go to bed at a reasonable hour – getting up at 5am is not natural for Alpha but he’s conditioned his body by sticking to a bedtime.
6. Get up at the same time everyday too.
