Getting up early in the morning is what each of us  tell yourselves every night, before we go to bed. Fret not, from now on you will be able to get up early and on time, just follow these health tips and you will be able to get up early.

Stretch

Use yoga poses or simple stretches to re-energise your body, they not only help you focus but also wash the laziness away.

Exercise

The best way to get up is to do simple morning exercises that sets the blood runningall over the body. Crunches, jumping jacks are a good way to start your day, but always remember to indulge in warm up exercises before beginning a workout.

Caffeine kick

Caffeine is the most tried and tested way to jumpstart the day, hold on to one cup of your favourite coffee for energy and vitality, don’t over indulge.

Hydrate

You body loses out on its water resource when you are snoring, so to waken up your nervous system and digestive tract a glass of water is a good option. This cold glass of water will also rejuvenate your body.

Music

While a loud alarm could make you violent, a soothing humming sound or music can motivate you to get up and start your chores. Just tune your electronic system to a queued music or your favourite radio station to get that morning kick.

Shut the electronics at night

The bright light from your mobile phones, TVs, laptops disrupt sleep and ultimately gives you sleepless nights. So try and switch off all your electronic devices an hour before going to bed, this will give you peaceful sleep and help you get up early.

Early shower

A refreshing warm water shower will help yopu kick-start the day early and your whole system will get re-energised.
