This may be the most important one. Self love matters so much because it effects how you look and feel about who you are. Loving yourself makes you feel complete and comfortable regardless of what people think of you. You should always remember to love yourself no matter what.

2. Know You Are Loved

When I say you are loved I mean it in every way. From family, friends, significant others, either way you are loved. There are people who care about you and want the best for you. They are there for you no matter what and you need to remember to tell them you love them when you get the chance.

3. Be Yourself

Don’t ever, and I mean ever be anyone but YOU! You are the best person you can be. Do not follow after celebrities or even friends. Always be your own person. Do what you want, say what you want, think, feel, and dress how you want. As long as it’s you being yourself, you can never go wrong.

4. Express Yourself

Whether it’s through writing, drawing, painting, singing, dancing, poetry, anything, just express yourself the best way you can. Don’t be afraid to say how you feel or do what you feel is right in order to express yourself. There is no point in holding in what you really want to say or procrastinating knowing you really want to do something. Stop being afraid.

5. Today Is A New Day

So you had a bad day yesterday…..shake it off. Today is new, which means yesterday is in the past. What ever happened yesterday doesn’t not apply, you get a clean slate everyday, so make the most of it. No need to dwell on yesterday, focus on today.
