- 1 whole chilled banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla

3. Orange and vanilla shake
- 1 cup of 2% milk
- 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla

4. Peaches and cream shake
- 1 cup of 2% milk
- 1 cup of peach slices or use whole peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 tablespoon of whipped cream
If you prefer, serve this one with chopped pecans stirred into it.
Other combinations you might try include: pineapple and mango, kiwi strawberry or banana and cream. You can control the thickness of your shake by adding more or less milk. You could also use non-fat milk and whipped cream or vanilla soymilk as a substitute.
